Wow I am completely blown away by the Journey Gym! When I received it I quickly took it out of the box. It was a piece of cake to assemble and disassemble. My husband and I immediately started trying out different exercises. You can work any part of your body with theJourney Gym. I also took the Journey Gym to work. I work with 2 fitness freaks (one a former body builder). They both loved it and want one! They showed me several different exercises. You will feel the burn. I am a newbie to exercise and the great thing about the Journey Gym is that it is good for beginners and experts. You only need to adjust the bands accordingly. So simple yet so effective. Every person that I have shown the Journey Gym to has LOVED IT and WANTED IT. Wow I feel really lucky that I was able to review it!! The Journey Gym is the real deal!
Why I love it:
- Portable (one of a kind!)
- I can take it to the office and work out on my lunch hour
- Easy to assemble (trust me when I say I can do it!!)

I love that you can take it anywhere and it does not require a lot of time. It allows you to get in real alternating strength and cardio workouts, known as circuit training, in just 5 to 20 minutes

I love that you can bring this anywhere. Home, office, vacation, etc. It's like being able to bring a gym with you wherever you go. I know that for me that means a lot. As a working Mother of 2 I don't have time to leave the house & go to the gym. I also love that it provides different types of work outs, all in one system.

This is amazingly compact and perfect for our small apartment living. And that it has its own storage so that it doesnt lay in a pile in the corner of my room- like my other stuff.

I envy you! This is amazing! The things I love the most are portability (take it anywhere, bring it with you!) and the fact that it would accomodate different fitness levels! i like how compactly the set is contained. things not packaged up disappear here.
I like that the workouts it comes with are short enough that you have no excuse not to get a workout in.
Besides the fact that it is portable, which rocks - I love that I could use the workout cords that I have (I'm blanking on what they're called) to attach to the sides and stretch hugely and stay motivated! Love that!
LOVE that it's a full workout, but so compact!
