Doesn't it look wonderful? It was wonderful but my kids hated it! They are so picky! My oldest son took one bite and said "sorry mom." When my husband came home from work I made him try it and he LOVED it. This is an easy recipe and I highly recommend you try it. If you are interest go to the Chef in Training blog. This looks delicious but my sons would say the same thing. They don't like the Neiman Marcus blueberry muffins I made for them. But they'll Twinkies and HoHos all day. Go figure. I went to Chef In Training and "pinned" her frozen coconut limeade recipe.
